Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking information provided by the carrier.
Please make sure that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and correct. IH NOM UH NIT cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

IH NOM UH NIT ships to selected destinations worldwide.
Available shipping methods, delivery costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout according to the destination country and the contents of the order.
Shipping availability may vary depending on the destination and applicable local regulations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination, selected shipping service and order value.
The final shipping cost, where applicable, is clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Promotional or complimentary shipping may occasionally be offered and will be subject to the conditions displayed on the website at the time of purchase.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before the order is completed.
For international orders, applicable duties and import taxes are calculated separately and collected directly at checkout where applicable.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, carrier delays, public holidays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders outside the applicable domestic or customs area, duties and import taxes may apply.
Where applicable, estimated duties and import taxes are calculated and collected directly at checkout together with the order payment.
When duties and import taxes have been collected at checkout, the shipment is processed accordingly so that the customer should not be required to pay the same duties and import taxes again upon delivery.
Duties and import taxes are calculated according to the destination country, product classification, country of origin, order value and applicable customs regulations.
The amounts calculated at checkout are based on the information available at the time the order is placed and on the regulations applicable in the destination country.
In exceptional circumstances, customs authorities or shipping carriers may apply additional charges as a result of changes in customs regulations, incorrect or incomplete customs information, brokerage or handling fees, or other circumstances outside the direct control of IH NOM UH NIT.
If you receive an unexpected request for payment of duties or import taxes for an order where these charges were already collected at checkout, please contact our Customer Care before making any additional payment whenever possible.
Customs Clearance, Duties & Taxes
For international orders shipped to destinations where import duties and taxes apply, these charges are calculated and collected directly at checkout.
No additional import duties or taxes should be requested upon delivery for charges already paid at checkout.
International shipments may still be subject to customs clearance procedures in the destination country.
Customers may occasionally be contacted by the shipping carrier or local customs authorities to provide additional information or documentation required for customs clearance.
Any delays caused by customs procedures or local authorities are outside the direct control of IH NOM UH NIT.
IH NOM UH NIT will provide reasonable assistance should any documentation or information relating to the shipment be required.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected.
Delivery estimates begin once the order has been dispatched and do not include order processing time.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances including customs clearance, adverse weather conditions, carrier delays, local holidays or other events outside our control.
Tracking
Once an order has been shipped, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation containing the available tracking information.
Tracking updates are provided directly by the shipping carrier.
Please allow sufficient time for tracking information to become active after the shipment confirmation has been issued.
Delivery Attempts and Unclaimed Shipments
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the shipment when required and for responding to any communication from the carrier regarding delivery.
If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or failure to provide information requested for customs clearance, the shipment may be returned to IH NOM UH NIT.
Any costs arising from an unsuccessful delivery that is attributable to the recipient may be deducted from any applicable refund where permitted by law.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please document the condition of the parcel and its contents and contact our Customer Care as soon as possible.
If tracking indicates a delivery issue or the parcel appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us so that we can open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Claims are subject to verification with the carrier and may require supporting documentation or photographs.
Returns & Exchanges
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Product Condition, Original Tags & Security Seals
All returned items should be handled with care and returned in their original condition, with original labels, tags and security seals attached wherever possible.
IMPORTANT — SECURITY SEALS
Certain IH NOM UH NIT garments are supplied with an original security or anti-tampering seal.
Customers are strongly advised not to remove, cut, detach or alter the security seal when trying on an item.
Garments may be tried on to assess their size, fit and appearance, provided they are handled only to the extent reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Removing or cutting the original security seal may affect our ability to verify the condition of the returned item and may be taken into consideration during the return inspection.
Where the handling of a garment exceeds what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and fit, the customer may be responsible for any resulting diminished value, in accordance with applicable law.
The removal of a security seal does not, by itself, automatically invalidate any statutory right of withdrawal.
Return Inspection
All returned products are subject to inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
Our quality control team may assess:

The presence and condition of original tags and security seals.

Any visible signs of wear, damage, washing or alteration.

Any evidence of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to try on the garment.
Where a reduction in value is identified, IH NOM UH NIT may apply a deduction from the refund where permitted by applicable law.
Customers will be informed of any issues identified during the inspection.

Unless otherwise stated, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, subject to applicable law.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested alternative size is unavailable, customers may return the original item and place a new order.
