Returns

If you wish to return an item for any reason, you may do so within 14 days of delivery.

• The item must be returned in its original condition.

• Original labels, tags and security seals should remain attached to the garment.

• Refunds apply to the price of the returned items. Original shipping costs are handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Product Condition & Security Tags

IMPORTANT — ORIGINAL TAGS & SECURITY SEALS

All IH NOM UH NIT garments must be handled with care when being tried on or prepared for return.

Certain garments are supplied with original security tags or anti-tampering seals designed to help verify their condition.

Customers are strongly advised not to remove, cut, detach or alter any original security tag or seal when trying on a garment.

Items may be tried on to check their size, fit and appearance, provided they are handled only to the extent reasonably necessary.

Removing or cutting a security seal may affect our ability to verify the condition of the returned product and will be considered during the warehouse inspection.

All returned items are subject to quality control inspection.

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, alteration or handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess their nature, characteristics and fit may be subject to a deduction reflecting any resulting diminished value, where permitted by applicable law.

The removal of a security tag or seal does not, by itself, automatically invalidate statutory withdrawal rights.

How to Return or Exchange a Product

1. Submit your return or exchange request through our official returns portal:

If available, you may have the option to exchange your item for a different size.

2. Return processing

We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. During peak periods, processing may take longer. Any applicable statutory refund deadlines remain unaffected.

All returned items undergo a quality control inspection before the return is finalized.

3. Return shipment

There is no need to notify us once you have shipped your return. However, we recommend keeping your tracking number in case any issues arise.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only possible if the requested size is available through our returns portal.

If you require a different item, style or color, please place a new order through our online store.
